<project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

If you connect a keyboard to your device, or have an on-screen keyboard with arrow-keys, you cannot move the cursor in chat or in any other text-input areas. With Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition coming soon, this will be imperative to have fixed.

But you seem to be forgetting the fact that the Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft is the exact same thing as Pocket Edition, except with keyboard support.
</comment>
                            <comment id="233997" author="hypercamel" created="Sun, 12 Jul 2015 00:33:49 +0200"  >
Minecraft PE does not currently have any sort of keyboard/mouse/controller support at the moment. The developers of MCPE said in their Q&A Livestream that they have no intentions of adding keyboard support to MCPE, but that they will implement controller support, which is rumored to be added in 0.12.0
