[MCPE-8793] block reach is bugged in 0.11.1

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

When mining blocks in survival, the player cannot reach as far as before, but only when facing certain directions. Alternatively, the creative mode reach (though I recognize this part may not be a bug) has been greatly extended. This happens on 0.11.1 and is of mild annoyance. This occurs on iPhone 4S as well as the iPhone 6 as far as I know, and is easily reproduced by entering a world and breaking blocks in different directions. This is especially prominent in multiplayer worlds, and I am unsure if it is produced when playing solo.

NOTE: The only reason I have not included a screenshot is because I do not see a point in posting one, as there is no way to show proof of this bug within a screenshot.

Update: this bug is reproducible in singleplayer worlds as well, though it seems less prominent.

Can mine 4 blocks ahead of Steve, but sometimes only 2. 2 to the side. Can forget about going out at night/playing on difficult as attacking zombies with only a two block reach is ridiculous.
</comment>
                            <comment id="230640" author="rplatham" created="Thu, 11 Jun 2015 04:52:04 +0200"  >
Are each of you using 1st or 3rd person view? You cannot mine behind the player anymore in 3rd person view, but I expect this bug is more than that. ..

I expected to dig the same distance in all directions (just different lengths in survival vs. Creative) . what happened is the player can dig 1 block further when facing north or west than south or east.

how to reproduce
In the screenshot I have attached, the top of the screen (torches) point east. The blue lines are 10 blocks long and the orange ones are 3 blocks long. I placed the player in the 2 deep hole and dug as far as I could in each compass direction in 1st person view without leaving the hole. I filled the creative digging in with stone just as a way to count how far I dug.

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S4 android 5.0.1 mcpe 0.11.1.
</comment>

I have to be very close to blocks and facing them directly. Blocks located directly above, below, or behind Steve cannot be mined or placed. Sometimes blocks can only be mined or placed 2 blocks away, other times the reach goes out to about 4 blocks.
</comment>
