<project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Used a familiar seed to pull up a world in creative mode, peaceful difficulty. It was getting dark, so I placed a bed in a small cave and, out of habit, placed torches and a door. Tapped the bed, and got "You may not sleep now, there are monsters nearby."

Creative mode.

Peaceful difficultly.

I haven't spawned any monsters, and multiplayer is off.

I should have clarified: monster spawners may continue to spawn hostile mobs in peaceful, though only when in creative mode.
</comment>
                            <comment id="225398" author="emby" created="Tue, 21 Apr 2015 23:03:22 +0200"  >
It's not a major problem for me. I disabled the spawner and whatever zombies got out are burning in the daylight now. Just thought it might be a bug. I can give you the world seed and approximate location of the cave/dungeon if that helps.
</comment>
                            <comment id="225397" author="emby" created="Tue, 21 Apr 2015 22:58:21 +0200"  >
Just checked and found a dungeon with an active zombie spawner. Zombies everywhere. I'm confused, though, because I'm in peaceful difficulty and creative mode. In previous worlds with peaceful difficulty, even in survival mode, I've found dungeons with spawners, and they've never spawned monsters.
</comment>

Have you searched the surrounding area (an 8 block radius around the bed) for dungeons? Monster spawners may continue to spawn mobs on peaceful difficulty.
</comment>
