[MCPE-7858] Massive Lag on Samsung Devices!

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Mcpe is lagging so terrible (5-10 FPS) for a tablet that has 8-core at 1.9 Ghz, with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T628MP6 (Exynos 5420) of GPU.

I downgraded to 0.9.5 and there was no lag (50 FPS more less).

This is still annoying me, even with the latest beta of 0.11.0, idk why is lagging if it has a better processor,RAM and GPU than an iPod Touch 5, because my iPod Touch 5 doesn´t lag even with the best graphics options available (4 render distance on, fancy graphics on, animated water on, all are on and doesn´t lag)

UPDATE 0.12.1: I found the bug, the problem is with the animated water option, i turned it off, and surprise, no lag, around 50FPS. Weird for a powerful tablet. In 0.9.x was working fine with the best graphics options.

It seems to be specific to devices with Mali GPUs. This seems to affect all Samsung Exynos based devices. I have Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4, Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2016 and a generic T95Z android box, which although it has an Amlogic S912 Octa-Core CPU, it still has a Mali-T820MP3 for graphics based operations.
</comment>

Turning down all settings to lowest or off doesn't fix the issue. Reinstalling the app does not help. It's completely non-playable at this point. I've tried closing all apps and background processes and it's no better.
</comment>

But near trees causes the FPS counter to cut in half (or lower), forcing me to lower the render distance significantly, and even then the FPS hovers roughly at 30-40-ish when near large forest biomes.
</comment>

Low FPS anywhere near water on Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I used to be able to fix it by disabling animated water, but you can't do that anymore. Usually it is around 60 FPS but near water, the framerate drops to around 10-15 FPS.
</comment>

MCPE 0.15.6 ran just fine on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, Android 5.1.1 and my Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 6.0.1 I would double check that you don't have any 3rd party apps related to minecraft, close all other open apps and try MCPE again.
</comment>

30 fps while moving the camera
Someone tell me how the heck is this possible...

EDIT: I don't have the "animated water" option for some reason.
EDIT2: Also tested on another s4, and on a galaxy S6... still lags, but only while moving the camera
</comment>
