[MCPE-446] On older worlds, mobs don't spawn.

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

On older worlds, mobs don't spawn.

I made a world in the furnace update,
and mobs spawned like crazy, but after
the spider/skeleton update they were all
gone.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a device with an old update (preferably the furnace update)
2. Create a world
3. Update it to the current version
4. No mobs

I started the world today and it was night, so I went out to kill some mobs with my new diamond sword. However, even after exploring all night, no mobs had spawned. I deleted the world and created a new one, and mobs spawned normally at night.
</comment>

Because mob spawning was slightly nerfed my a max mob count rule the suggested mobs in caves could be a problem. Also, if you are testing this in a cave, note that mobs only spawn more than 24 blocks from the player. Stay in a safe spot above ground and observe a full day night cycle. If mobs still do not spawn then this is a bug.
</comment>
