+1 with my Galaxy Tab 2.
Have you tried the Gingerbread Keyboard? Ugly keyboard, but it works for MCPE 0.7.1. (for me anyway)
</comment>
                            <comment id="72791" author="edonnelly" created="Mon, 10 Jun 2013 22:27:02 +0200"  >
This is more than just a Samsung Galaxy tab issue. The same thing happens with my Motorola Xoom tablet currently running MCPE 0.7.1 from the Amazon App Store: Cannot type in any sign, chat window or username. My tablet is rooted and runs CyanogenMod 9 with the default ICS keyboard, Swype and Swiftkey. None will work. I even tried google voice input, but still nothing.

(I had the same problem with signs in MCPE 0.6.1 but could type everywhere else with that version)
</comment>
                            <comment id="72083" author="nevergrowup" created="Fri, 7 Jun 2013 05:53:00 +0200"  >
Double Confirmed! See my report at <del>MCPE-2801</del>
Although I have it working now, by using a different keyboard. The default Samsung Keyboard and TouchPal keyboards have this issue.
I'm currently using Gingerbread Keyboard off googleplay to at least play MCPE. (now to look for a better keyboard that is compatible.......)
</comment>

samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1

Ruth could you please update your issues name to: "cannot type in any interface" ?

It's very frustrating.
Thanks!
</comment>
