[MCPE-2434] Breeding non-hostile mobs.

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

was playing my survival world on the nd I realised I could not breed animals. This happened on my creative world as well. I hope you can fix this bug as it is driving me crazy tying to hold wheat in front of animals and not getting them to follow me.

Thank you.

If you hold a wheat, they can follow you, but if you scroll back and forth once from you wheat, they will not follow you within a period of time. It seems as if the mobs doesn't get updated (the player holding wheat part) before this period of time.
</comment>
