[MCPE-23556] My best world keeps crashing when I open it. I know an update was just released that fixed a bug like this but it didn't work for me.

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

My best world crashes when I try to open it. I go into Minecraft pe and tap my best world that I want to go to, after I select it and it says "generating world, building terrain" and then before the green bar appears, I am suddenly back at my ipads home screen. This has been happening for a few days now. It started right after I had just powered up my beacon with all four levels and then I went back to my house in my world and then it crashed. I haven't been able to return there since. What's weird is that it still says that I've been there since although I haven't actually been there for days. My world is quite large if that means anything. After this first happened it said my world was 1.3 GB now it says 773.30 MB. I have already deleted more that 30 worlds but nothing! I do still have 150+ worlds. Should I delete more? Please see if there is anything at all you can do. Also I don't know if this is at all related but another glitch I encountered when I was in my world that day was a sort of replacement glitch. After I was done smelting three stacks of iron ore into iron ingots I collected them. Once I collected the three stacks I noticed that in my inventory they had replaced my torches, clock, and iron sword(which was enchanted with looting III, unbreaking III, knockback I, sharpness IV, and fire aspect I)I decided to give those items back to myself using commands. It all went well with that except for my clock, which appeared as a cluster of purple and pink pixels. I don't know of these bugs are related I just know that I want to get to my world again.

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.

If you have not, please <ins>search</ins> before reporting, as it's likely that one exists already.

This could have corrected the problem as ive seen it in the past.
</comment>
                            <comment id="395129" author="uncle evil" created="Sat, 22 Jul 2017 08:03:36 +0200"  >
I JUST experienced this.
Order of events:

1. World crashes.
2. Reopen app.
3. Select a different world in haste.
4. Realize the mistake.
5. Close wrong world: save and quit.
6. Open correct world that crashed.
7. See app crash to iphone screen.

Step 3 is the likely mistake. It had like the previous bug reporter been 900MB in size and now reports 330MB but this may be a red herring.

I hope this helps solve the issue, as i had recently spawned the wirther end boss and got my butt kicked and would like to get back in and finish it off. wink

Good luck devs.
</comment>

After the latest upgrade, I can no longer access my best world. I'm using a Galaxy Table A. The game crashes before it ever loads. I haven'the been able to access my world in days.
</comment>
