[MCPE-23475] When in boat CPU hits 100% landscape block rendering dead slow, movement slow and choppy / unsmooth

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Problem is landscape generation becomes very slow to the point of refusing to generate at all, I can go back to where I came from and move around pretty much ok but the problem area will remain a problem until I quit and come back.
I have noticed that when the problem is happening, my cpu is working flat out 100%. When the problem is not there cpu usage is much less averaging around 20-30%.
I tried making a new world in version 1.1.3 and it was ok until I decided to travel a long distance to find a woodland mansion then the problem started again and worse than ever to the point where I can not get back to my original home.

I have noticed that it mainly happens when I travel by boat. After a short distance scenery will begin generating slowly and movement of arms and paddles become unsmooth and cpu is at 100%.
If I then turn back to shore and get out of boat onto land, movement becomes smooth again, scenary genertes ok and cpu usage drops to 20-30% max.
This is a very disabling problem to the point where I cannot play the game anymore and it has been going on since version 1.1. I have tried piggy backing on a report (mcpe20174) which is similar but I'm not sure if anyone is taking any notice as that report is marked as resolved. Please help.

It is pretty much everywhere. Underground on land and in boats. There are moments (usually short but sometimes longer) when the Minecraft.Windows.exe is not demanding a lot of cpu power, and during these instances graphics is smooth. Otherwise cpu is 100% used.
</comment>
