[MCPE-23194] FPS Drop, lag, 100% CPU usage, controller not working

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

When I created a world to play in, the game ran just fine, on max visual settings.

My computer is handbuilt
Intel I7-4790K 4.0 GHz
8 GB RAM @ 2400 GHz
Using an EVO SSD hard drive.
And an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970, with the most recent driver as of 6/26/2017 (version 22.21.13.8476)

After playing for a few days on the map, I began to experience extremely sudden FPS loss, which I worried was due to overheating. My CPU will suddenly jump from 48C to 65C when Minecraft leaps from around 20-35% of my CPU to 100% of my CPU usage, causing all sorts of problems. My Xbox 360 controller has buttons that suddenly stop working, the world chunks don't always load in, and when placing objects in the world, they glitch/dupe/disappear.

I don't experience this issue with any other application, nor other games.

New worlds seem to not suffer from the constant and relentless loss of FPS, but I still get stutters and some FPS loss every few minutes.

The strange part is the game will stop being so laggy and slow after 5-10 minutes of being so, and then run fine for maybe 30-60 seconds before starting it again.

My CPU soars to 100% usage with Minecraft, then drops back down to 20-35% every 30-90 seconds, causing the core temp to rise from 45/48C to 60/65C and then back down to 45/48. This repeats endlessly until I give up in frustration.

I've played Minecraft for years on weaker computers and never experienced this level of problems, even on the Java version. I'm at a loss as to what's causing this, as the game ran totally fine for weeks beforehand on other maps. But even new ones suffer from some level of this problem.

Additionally, every time I get on a horse, it takes damage as does the player and I've encountered a ton of temples and villages without any chests or loot at all. And whilst I've had people connect to me via LAN without much trouble, any of my Xbox Live friends who've added me and tried to play via the Pocket Edition, Gear VR, or Windows 10 all seem to be unable to connect unless also on my LAN.
