[MCPE-21878] Corrupted Worlds on Apple TV

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

it is important to realize that Apple TV, as a product, offers no file management or global backup method, or any way of taking a backup copy of the Minecraft datafile that relates to a particular world. I have just confirmed this with Apple.

SURELY MOJANG CAN AT THE VERY LEAST OFFER IN THE NEXT VERSION FOR APPLE TV THE ABILITY TO BACKUP A WORLD LOCALLY OR EXPORT A FILE SOMEWHERE !!!

Many thanks

Where's the Apple TV love or the refund.
</comment>

I upgraded to 1.0.9 on Friday and the game has become completely unusable - not corrupting, but the worlds take forever to create or just never create.

Is anybody else experiencing this?
</comment>

It is a clear request for a new feature, that of world backup, which is unavailable on Apple TV, as a safety measure, particularly in view of consistent world corruption on this platform. To provide this would be a really straight forward task and would enable us to use our current worlds without having to wait for the fix, which has proved to be much more complex to resolve.

I may have used the wrong forum for this, but I could not open an issue with the heading "new feature". I could only open an issue with the heading "bug".

Please kindly forward this request as appropriate, or provide instructions so that I can do it. Otherwise the inability to backup, in the presence bugs or otherwise, is somehow lost while we are looking for bug fixes.

I am a programmer. You and I both know what I am talking about.

Many thanks and kind regards,
</comment>
