[MCPE-21818] /title command bug

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

I went on one of my maps that I am creating. When I stepped on to a /title command. It showed in the chat that the command was executed, but the actual title didn't aappear on the screen. I then moved into a testing world and tried it again and nothing happened as well. All the other commands worked, but the /title did not.

If it won't work, then try to see other syntax used to /title on MCPE, as I don't play it myself.
