[MCPE-21612] Block Chunk Border Bug

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Verification builds:
1.1.0.9 Retail

Summary:
When a slime block is being moved by a piston near a chunk boundary, a visual glitch appears at the chunk border.

Steps to Reproduce: (Best to check test world attached)

Move a slime block with a piston attached to a redstone clock

Observed Results:
A messed up texture appears at the nearby chunk boundary, as the piston moves the slime block.

Expected Results:
n/a

Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes

Notes:
This might be due to the water nearby in the attached test world, and the way transparent blocks are currently rendered.

Appears to happen to any block connected to a piston. Tested a big further and it seems to happen when both x and z are negative with one significantly smaller than the other. To repro on a new flat world, create new flat world, teleport to -20000 4 -200. Find a chunk boarder corner and place a piston with a block no more than 2 blocks away from the corner, activate piston and you should see the bug, if not, try a difference corner. The bug aslo can warp the slime to an oblong prisim.
</comment>
