Activator rails are not meant to propel minecarts, &lt;b&gt;powered rails&lt;/b&gt; are meant for that. Activator rails do some of the following instead, when powered they will eject a mob out of the minecart, activate tnt minecarts, and deactivate hopper minecarts. When off they can activate hopper minecarts.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
