[MCPE-20118] Villagers not breeding

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

I am reporting the same issue as <del>MCPE-17278</del>. That bug status is listed as resolved and looking through the recent comments including v1.0.4 beta many other players are also still experiencing the issue. I have a large village that originally had 25+ villagers. All of the villagers except for three despawned (<del>MCPE-8002</del>) a couple of weeks ago and they are not breeding. I have tried dropping bread, carrots, potatoes and beetroots to make them "willing" to breed. The villagers pick up the items until their inventories fill up, but they never appear to go into "love mode" with hearts above their heads. I have also unsuccessfully tried isolating two of them in a building for a few days but again nothing happened. If you are going to delete this bug report as a duplicate, please reopen the original bug (<del>MCPE-17278</del>) as it is not resolved. Thank you.

I am playing on Windows 10, which as far as I know is not eligible for beta testing. I am looking forward to the 1.0.4 update going live and repopulating my village. And trading!
</comment>

Tested by taking a seed I knew to have a village (although the village is a not near spawn) and went to the village. There were 3 adult villagers and 1 baby. I added doors where there were doors missing and also added extras to bring the total up to 20 doors. I traded 2 times and I killed 2 villagers with lava leaving 2 adult librarians. I let them wander for a while but no longer than a day and then trapped them in 2x2 space and threw amstack of potatoes at each, with in a minute there where hearts and a baby villager came out. This test was done on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Android 5.0.2 on MCPE 1.0.4.0
</comment>
