[MCPE-20049] incorrect insufficient storage error on Galaxy Tab 4

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

I am unable to install Minecraft 1.0.3 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. I was running older versions for quite a long time. Now I I receive an Insufficient amount of storage error.

I deleted more than enough items for the install however I still got the message. Then I did a factory reset and try to install Minecraft and got the same message.

I am able to install other apps successfully.

Do you have a workaround for this problem?
