My version is 1.2.6
</comment>

It matters what screen INSIDE MCPE you are on when you close it. If you see one of those 5 screens when you see the app when sliding it out, that's what you need to worry about. It's hard to explain with text, so this is the best I can to explain it.
</comment>

1. On the Mojang Screen
2. The black screen with the controls on It (when it is saving)
3. When building terrain (opening a world)
4. Saving changes for a world, or deleting one
5. Importing or deleting a reasource or behavior pack.

As long as you don't close the app when on either of those screens, your stuff won't be reset and you won't have to worry. It has to do with saves corrupting when you close them while it's working. (Hence why most games say please dont turn off the power when saving or when a little saving logo/icon pops up)
