[MCPE-19295] Ridiculous low view distance and lower distance on realms

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

I just updated to the newest Version of Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. Sadly I realized fast, that I can’t see anything that is a little distance away of me. In 0.16 the view distance was significant higher especially without a Realm.

In the attached screenshots you see the same view. One on a local map (with the mountain in the background) and one on my realm. Because the world is generated on a server, the view distance should be much higher, not lower.

Also you clearly see, that no animal is visible in the distance. The 6 cages are all full of animals, that can’t be seen, even over this short distance.

On other regions of my world, I can’t even see the other side of a bridge anymore. This is really disappointing and kills the fun in the game by a huge factor.

I hope this is just a really annoying bug and not intended because it ruins the game for me.

All the thing that are fade out or disappear completely are quite near an were visible in 0.16 and previous versions
</comment>
