[MCPE-19180] Glitches happen with Ender Dragon when summoned in the normal world

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Steps to Reproduce

1.In Survival Mode you must summon the Ender Dragon
2. Sometimes after summoning it you will see that it will only push you and not attack you and also other mobs. After it will only go in one direction and will not come back
3. Sometimes when he is in the normal world, he goes to earth and makes a hole that goes up to bedrock and after leaving he goes back to the same hole and does it repeatedly

Therefore, this report is a duplicate of that one. The Ender Dragon doesn't attack you and heads in a straight direction because it is heading towards where the exit portal would be, if the dragon were in The End (X:0,Z:0). It creates a hole and keeps returning to that spot because that is near where it think the portal should be, and in The End, the Ender Dragon flies around and routinely returns to the exit portal.
</comment>
