[MCPE-19038] Endportal regenerating in end over and over again

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

When I updated to 1.0.0.1, I opened my creative world and went to the end and was met with massive lag. Near the end portal (having killed the dragon multiple times) was a fountain of torches spewing out of the torch blocks with the bedrock of the portal flickering. For some reason the bedrock was breaking itself dropping the torches then regenerating.
I am unsure how to reproduce. I would expect this not to happen as this also lags the over world as the torches travel back through the protal creating a massive lag zone.
The screenshots below show the torches and what happened after I typed /kill @e to get rid of the lag.

I QUIT!
</comment>

I would have put it on Jira but it is just barely too big. The endportal is at 731, 5, 84.
</comment>
                            <comment id="347779" author="enahs912" created="Thu, 8 Dec 2016 04:05:02 +0100"  >
I can confirm this is happening in 1.0.0.1 in my survival world as well. The torches keep duplicating and causes massive frame rate losses.
I've tried removing the torches but they just reappear and I've tried placing blocks but the blocks just disappear as well. As the OP said it is as if the end portal is regenerating over and over again infinitely.
</comment>
