                    <description>&lt;p&gt;I believe most of the loot for 1.0 has been mostly overhauled (added more loot), but the &apos;Minecart with Chests&apos; in Mineshafts (regular &amp;amp; Mesa) don&apos;t have rails as part of their loot system like PC/Console do.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

I think you were just unlucky in that you never found any minecarts-with-chests that had rails in them. Closing this issue as invalid.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
