[MCPE-18611] Mob hurt/death sounds overlap each other when manually spawned & killed.

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Update by Mega_Spud:
Steps to Reproduce (example):

Use the command /effect @p strength 400 40

Spawn a Ghast

Hit Ghast, notice the hurt and death sound play together

In the Java version, just the death sound is played, not the hurt sound as well.

Video showing the issue: https://youtu.be/0gX_eQzXhwU

Original Description:
When killing any mob, their 'hurt' sound plays along with their 'death' sound, as opposed to ONLY playing the 'death' sound.

To reproduce:

Kill a mob and continue attacking its "corpse" as it's dying

Spawn a mob in lava, fire or cactus block
In both cases the mob should continue producing hurt sounds after it dies.
