[MCPE-18599] Multiple Mob Head Drops from Charged Creeper

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

A single charged creeper that blows up multiple mobs (wither skeletons/zombies/skeletons/zombie pigmen) at the same time will drop a head for each of the mobs killed... I thought that only 1 head should drop per charged creeper as on PC version.

Kinda sucks the fun out of a charged creeper farm when 1 charged creeper can get you 30 wither skulls at once...

Steps to Reproduce:

Summon a charged creeper with this command:

/summon creeper ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ minecraft:become_charged

Spawn many skeletons next to it. Zombies, wither skeletons and other creepers can be used.

Ignite the charged creeper with flint and steel while the skeletons are next to the charged creeper before a mob wanders off. At least 2 skeletons should have no armor before the creeper is ignited.

Expected results:
Only one mob drops their mob head once the charged creeper explodes.

Observed results:
Every mob that has been killed by the charged creeper drops their head.
</comment>

Currently in MCPE, one charged creeper explosion will result in the heads being dropped of all of the relevant mobs being killed by the blast.

Tested on Java version 1.11 to compare parity. There just one head will drop even if multiple mobs are killed by the charged creepers' explosion. (Tested with several wither skeletons).

Wiki entry states:

Charged creeper explosions will cause a zombie, skeleton, wither skeleton, or other creeper to drop the corresponding mob head, one per explosion. However, they will not drop their own head.

(Italics added)
</comment>
