[MCPE-17641] Cannot connect to 0.16 PC server from 0.15.10 iPhone MPCE

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

I had an MPCE update forced on my PC via the Windows Store. This updated me to 0.16.0. But now the shared world that we run off the PC is inaccessible to our iPhones which still have 0.15.10. The world is listed but attempting to connect just results in a permanent 'Locating server'. My wife and kids are really annoyed.

                            <comment id="338867" author="adriangarside@outlook.com" created="Sat, 29 Oct 2016 08:11:34 +0200"  >
My comment was about the bug at hand. I was complaining about Mojang denying my family the ability to play the in our shared world for 2 days and questioning whether it's going to happen again. Minecraft is a multi-platform game which the devs choose to rev in such a way as to break compatibility between versions. Yes I know it is vastly easier to do this, but that means there is then a need to not have 2+ days delay between different platform deployments. If Apple's onboarding process for new versions is so slow, perhaps that should be got under way in advance of onboarding to the Windows Store. Perhaps the game should add a warning that new versions are coming so that we can block automatic app updates until the versions are available for all the platforms we use. There are several possible mitigations and fixes for this issue.

But comments like 'In the future, try playing some new games while you wait for the release to hit your device (I hear Mojang has some great other ones)' are very much not focused on the bug at hand. It is an insulting response to my legitimate complaint. And not exactly something my 7 & 8 year olds accept very well when they can't play with mummy and daddy in the shared world we've been working on for months.
</comment>

The delay in update release timings was not directly the developer's fault, either. In the future, try playing some new games while you wait for the release to hit your device (I hear Mojang has some great other ones)
</comment>
