The block lag seems happen frequently I suppose. I actually tested it out a couple minutes ago and there doesn't seem to be lag, however it did happen multiple times when I opened the game in the past. This happened on my survival mode world, but not on my creative flat world. I suppose it happens at random, but I know it will come back. In my situation, what happened is that I was building my house, and whenever I placed blocks it gave this very quick FPS lag whenever I place a block which just makes it annoying and a nuisance to building. You can't build rapidly without messing up now and then because of the lag.</p></comment>

Was this a single player game or multiplayer? If MP, Realm, LAN, server or Xbox? Were you the host or a client? Creative or survival? Did this happen just once, infrequently, frequently or every time? Does restarting your device change the behavior? Does it happen to specific blocks, at specific times, or when other events are occurring? Does this happen to every world you create/join or just specific ones? Can you reproduce in a simple case, for example, placing a dirt block in a new creative flat world? Details are important Mr. Dover.</p></comment>
