[MCPE-17040] Mob running/move too fast after hit

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Sometime the mob running/move too fast

Addition by Mega_Spud
It seems that mobs generated before the latest update (0.15.90.7) are affected by this, and will move at a much higher speed than normal.

Update by nighter
This bug has been reported to our internal bug tracker for further testing and a fix. It is scheduled to be fixed in one of the future updates (no specific date can be provided).
Please avoid duplicate comments. Post only NEW information regarding this bug.

From the initial report it sounded like this was thought to only affect mobs from an earlier version, but I had an adult zombie attack at the speed of a baby zombie (possibly a little faster).

Also I noticed that the rabbits no longer run fast when I approach them or hit them. The hop animation plays at the regular (non-running) speed, but the distance they move is the normal wandering distance.
</comment>

I didn't hit them previously too... (device: samsung galaxy tab 3v aka T116 NU)
</comment>

I opened a world that had been created in an earlier version, and the naturally generated mobs were running extremely quickly (does not seem affect mobs spawned in with eggs).

To recreate punch an animal generated in an earlier version, and watch it run!
</comment>
