[MCPE-16766] Unplugging USB devices causes crash

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

If a user plugs in a USB device such as a keyboard or a XInput (AKA XBOX One or XBOX 360) controller, they will be recognized by the game just fine even on the mobile version. The way I was able to plug in a USB device to my phone was because my Galaxy S7 came with a handy-dandy USB to mini-usb adapter so I could plug in any normal USB device. However, if any USB devices are plugged in to the game after it has launched, or are unplugged before the game has been closed it will cause the game to crash.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-G930A)

While it mostly worked fine there were still some glitches related to the controller. Should I list them here abd have you create the Jira report or should I make it and then post the link to it here?

TL;DR Unplugging and plugging in devices no longer crashes the game but there are still issues with the controller, mouse, and possibly the keyboard (I cant test that atm) [Note: This only is affecting MCPE, I am having no problems on Windows 10.]
</comment>
