[MCPE-16609] Torch Placement Bug

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

You should be able to place more torches by clicking against another torch.

Steps to Reproduce:

Place one torch

Tap or click that torch with another

It should have placed a second torch beside the first, but did not.

In PC/Java you can place torches in the manner described, but not in Pocket Edition.

Please see the attached files to see the differences - And take note of the crosshair position
(Yellow is PC/Java, Red is MCPE)

( Edited by Mega_Spud )

Original description:

When You Shift and theres a torch on fence next to another fence and click the torch no place animation happens

Place a flower pot

Tap the side of the flower pot

Notice how it places another adjacently.

(The Issue before was due to a server glitch)
</comment>
