[MCPE-16410] Xbox controller input seems to be broken

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

I hate to come off as rude, but do you guys test with xbox controllers when developing windows 10? There's a persistent issue: Right thumbstick control has been, since release very choppy. Looking around with the right thumb stick seems to skip over frames, or at least thats what it looks like. the framerate stays at 60fps, but the movement is choppy, almost like I'm using a mouse that skips. It's like playing with one of those crappy ball mouses that doesnt track finely, and instead tracks like it receives a new input every .1 seconds. rough. It's been reproduced on both my friends and my computer, and both of our Xbox controllers.

Thanks for considering this, if you guys do ever come across it.

Regards,
Eric

and the second with a Surface 3 4gb and a day 1 edition xbox one controller

Does the controller work well with other applications?
</comment>
