Information that would be helpful includes, are you signed in to Xbox Live? What is your gamertag/player name? Are you on wifi? Are you connecting to a LAN, Realm or external server?  Does this happen if you try to connect to the same servers over a different wifi connection?&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
