[MCPE-14727] Some problem with Xbox live login (Crashes after a minute)

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

There is some kind of problem when I start playing mcpe on my survival or creative world. The problem appears in the form of a crash after every minute or so. The reason I say it is related to Xbox live is that when I shut off WiFi, the game runs properly. I hope this problem gets fixed soon.

Update by kaleb418:
This bug appears to be related to MCPE crashing if not logged in properly to Xbox Live. Wait ~15 seconds, then let us know if that fixes your problem.

Update by rplatham:
Please remove all 3rd party mods for minecraft, all 3rd party texture packs and any non-native app stores through which Minecraft may have been downloaded. If you're still crashing, disconnect your device from any network (i.e. airplane mode or disable wifi, cellular, ethernet, etc.) and try again. If you're still crashing, comment on <del>MCPE-14125</del> - the issue is likely unrelated to xbl login. If you're not crashing when launching the game outside a network then, you've found the right ticket: please provide your device make and model, operating system and version. If you're running a desktop PC, add your graphics card make, model and driver version.

I can use Minecraft fine UNTIL I try to log in to my account, at which point it loads for a second... and then everything freezes and I am not able to select anything. I’d like some help on this, there’s a realm I need to go wreck my friends on...
</comment>

                            <comment id="429683" author="karadine" created="Thu, 18 Jan 2018 09:41:48 +0100"  >
I was experiencing this in 1.2.9. I have two XBL accounts, and one of them was constantly crashing Minecraft. Specific actions which caused this crash:opening Store, opening chat/command line, alt-tabbing. Other account worked fine as always. I tried removing DLC, worlds, and also fully uninstalling. Those steps didn't resolve it.

On the account that was crashing, I noticed that my custom gamerpic had been removed from my profile. In the XBL app and web profile, my picture was a blank default icon. I changed by gamerpic to one of the standard ones. I confirmed the new pic was active in the XBL windows app, and web profile. After this, Minecraft worked fine.

I suspect that MS removed my gamerpic for some reason, and this cause a null-response from XBL to Minecraft when my gamerpic was requested. Minecraft was crashing on any screen where my gamerpic would be visible.

If you're crashing and try this, please reply either way if it works or doesn't work.
</comment>
