[MCPE-14348] Fullscreen Mode causes Win10 ed to disconnect from servers when minimized

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Weird, weird weird Windows 10 edition bug.

I'll say it as concisely as possible:

Turning on Fullscreen Mode in Win10 edition causes the game to disconnect from servers within literally 5 seconds of minimizing the game. It's really irritating, and I only made the connection between the two today.

Turning Fullscreen Mode OFF immediately solved the problem.

This bug doesn't affect singleplayer as far as I can tell. I haven't tested for local multiplayer.

Overall, I'd say support for Minecraft's issues is fairly good, however that is coming from the Java edition. I tried playing Bedrock with my friend on mobile recently, and I am appalled by how awful this version is. Major game breaking issues are ignored and the community means nothing. The game even comes with ads built in, even though we already spent money to get it in the first place... I wasn't going to comment, but I hope someday someone actually pays attention to these problems...

Steps to repoduce:

Start windows 10 minecraft in fullscreen mode.

Join a server, in this case a realm.

Play the game for a minute.

Press ALT + Tab to move focus to a different application, task manager seems to always reproduce this error. Must be on the same screen, dual monitor users may not get this issue.

Spend more than 20-30 seconds in a different application.

ALT + Tab to Minecraft

Game will hang for a few seconds before giving the error " Disconnected from Server"

Notes: taskmanager shows Minecraft not sending ANY data if minimised, this is probably why we are getting disconnected from the server.

Just to reiterate this is NOT the same bug as <del>https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-13342</del> !
</comment>

Affects Android and iOS too. Please vote for the parent ticket <del>MCPE-13342</del>.
</comment>

2. Connect to that world from another device (tested on iPhone 6, iPhone 5, Android 4.1.2 and Amazon Fire). Issue occurs with one, all or any number of those 4 connected devices.
3. On the Windows 10 (host computer), minimize the game. Can be done by pressing windows key (so you can see the task bar) and then minimize the game. Or, ALT-TAB to another active window and minimize the game. Or any other way such as showing the desktop etc.
4. Within about 1 - 2 seconds any connected clients are disconnected.

On the Windows 10 Machine, you will see a message "Player xxx left the game" and you will get that message twice for each player.
On the client device you will see the message: "Disconnected from server"
</comment>

Local Multiplayer works this way as well. Hosting world on Windows 10 edition with multiple players connected (4 total) from multiple devices (some android, some IOS, various versions). All clients are disconnected when minimized.
</comment>
