[MCPE-14033] Particular blocks become invisible after building

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

I was building a rollercoaster with, among other things, oak fences for the support of the track.

What I expected to happen was...
That I could build it without any problems.

What actually happened was...
During the build, one block (either a grass block, or an oak fence) became invisible every time I placed another, but this happened only in a certain area (all the way up to a certain height). I tried to restart the world and the app, but the problem stayed.

Steps to reproduce:
Because it's only in a certain area on a inifite flat world, its hard to say where the area is. But I will try to explain what happened step by step.
(see also the screenshot to understand the steps)
1. I built a three-layer-thick (layer 1 is the frontlayer, etc) support of oak fences for the track.
2. At a given point when I placed an oak fence from the third layer, a fence, which was a few blocks beneath it and from the second layer, became invisible, so it wasn't gone. Only invisible!!.
3. I placed an oak fence 1 place underneath the fence from the third layer and again one from the second layer became invisible, and so on.
4. Eventually even grass blocks became invisible.

Some comments on the screenshot (I enabled the HIDE GUI for a better shot):
1. The acacia fences(only acacia to be more clear): If I break those 4 fences, the 4 fences which are above them will become visible again. Also the upper acacia fence misses one horizontal board.
2. The oak fence frame is the boundary of the area where the blocks become invisible when placing.
3. I built the whole 3-layer construction, so every layer is complete. Every block 'missing' is invisible, all blocks/fences are there. (So the right lane cuts through(makes invisible) all three layers of the construction and the left lane cuts only through a part of layer 1).
