[MCPE-13715] Flaming arrows do not deplete cauldron

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

If flaming arrows are shot at a cauldron, the water level will not go down. I am fairly sure that this is a feature of the computer version. Is this supposed to happen, or has it not been added yet?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enchant a bow with Flame.
2. Using water bottles, fill up the cauldron completely with water.
3. Fire an arrow at the side of the cauldron with the aforementioned bow.
The water level shouldn't deplete.

This occurs in Creative mode and Survival Mode. I am using an iPhone 5S.
