[MCPE-13108] Redstone pulses from repeaters last too long

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Its hard to explain so try to recreate this
Place a chest and two hoppers on top of it.now place two blocks in front of the chest. Now place a vomparator coming out of the middle hopper and runing into a redstone repeater and run the repeater into a block. Under the block that the repeater is running into place a redstone dust. Now put a block to the left of that redstone and a redstone torch on that block on the side of the block that faces the hoppers. Finnaly place a repeater coming out of that torch and running into a block with a piece of redstone ontop of that block. Ok now go to the right of the comparator and place a redstone block next to the block that the comparator is on and place a redstone dust on top of the redstone block. To see what i mean place 63 stackable items in the first slot of the middle hopper and 4 nonstackable items in the other slots. Ok now try puting 1 more of the stackable item into the hopper and watch the number of that item drop. The pulse used to be just long enough and still is long enough on all other platforms to funnel 1 item through the hopper and into the chest but the pulse lasts to long and the hopper funnels two items out instead. Here is a pic of the contraption to make sure you built it right. If you have questions please comment.

The problem you are seeing is a consequence of <del>MCPE-12848</del>.
Closing as Duplicate.
</comment>
