I using maps in the nether (for fun because they are useless ) in all builds.

Latest tested version 0.14.0 build 5
Device Samsung Galaxy Note3 Android 5.0
</comment>

I originally tested this bug on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, running Android 5.0.1. I've just retested it on my Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8) running Android 5.1.1. On the S6, I tested zooming compass-enabled maps out and still couldn't get any crashes. :\
</comment>

                            <comment id="282871" author="rplatham" created="Thu, 4 Feb 2016 02:38:14 +0100"  >
Can you provide more details? I can't reproduce. I created a creative single player new world, built a portal, created a map, walked through the portal nothing crashed.

I tried holding the map going through the portal, I tried creating a map in the nether, I tried combining the map with a compass and taking those through the portal. Nothing crashed. Then I retried all of the above in a new survival game (well, I started in creative, dropped the stuff I needed in a chest, converted, you get the idea...)

Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, Android 5.0.1, MCPE 0.14.0 build 4
</comment>
