[MCPE-12485] Redstone current not going through opaque blocks.

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

A redstone signal is not going through blocks it should.
How to reproduce: place something that give of a redstone signal, then place redstone dust, then an opaque block such as dirt or sand, and then place another redstone dust or something that receives a signal on the other side. It should get powered.
(It used to work in this update but not it doesn't.)
(sorry if this was already reported, it was not letting me search.)

Those opaque blocks in your setup are only weakly-powered so they cannot power other redstone dust.
