[MCPE-12083] [0.13.1] 'Invalid skin.'

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

I recently updated my Minecraft pocket edition to 0.13.1 . Every time I join a server, it tells me that every skin is invalid, including Steve and Alex.
Promptly after I had updated, I changed my skin using an app called 'skin seed' . I was going to go on my favourite server which is 'hypixel' and play on my favourite game; 'Survival games'.
Now when I try to join, it tells me 'skin invalid' , which is prohibiting me from playing my favourite game ever!!!
I'd also like to add that none of the versions are available where you select them so I clicked a random one.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update Minecraft pocket edition to 0.13.1
2. ... Change skin
3. ... Go onto a server

He tried logging into my world and received the Invalid or Corrupt Skin error. Changed his skin to Steve and was able to log in, but my custom skin was solid black to him.

I tried logging into his world but no skin (custom, Steve, Alex, or any of the free ones) could get me beyond the error message.
</comment>

Completely un-modified install on all devices.
</comment>

Also skins (custom skins) that should support diffrerent arms on left/right show purely black, also on local multiplayer
</comment>

Edit: The error I get is: Invalid or Corrupt Skin!
</comment>

This also occurs for 0.13.1 to 0.13.0 (and vice versa) clients on LAN, likely to be a lack of version compatibility. 0.13.1 to 0.13.1 clients can join, play with, and be seen properly by the host.
</comment>
