[MCPE-11393] Blocks go transparent when placed in quick succession

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

On my Insignia Flex 10.1 tablet when playing in creative I was laying down blocks when some began going transparent momentarily.
Not all blocks seem to be affected.

Grass Blocks, Dirt Blocks, Stone Blocks, and Cobblestone Blocks all seemed to be affected by this, however, Brick Stairs and Stone Bricks didn't seem to be affected by this.
Torches seemed to be affected when placed quickly as well.

I didn't test all the blocks, so I apologize for not being able to give a full list of affected and unaffected blocks.

I do not have a screenshot as it doesn't stay for long enough to take one, however it doesn't seem to be hard to create in the case of blocks.

The easiest way to see this bug in action is to stand in one place and continually place blocks, starting from a few blocks away and going towards where you are.

To see the torches go invisible, I ran and quickly placed the torches in a line. Only one torch went transparent in my line, and only for a few seconds, so, the torches aren't as easily seen.

I hope my report has been helpful.

Recap on how to reproduce :

*Stand in one area
(it seemed to produce this result more when facing south.)

*Place blocks continually on each other.
(It seems to happen when placed on the sides of the last block placed.
I didn't try placing them while moving around.)

*Notice the invisible blocks.
(Sometimes these cause an "X-Ray" effect where you can see through the ground, although, the cases in which the blocks just turned invisible for a few moments before returning to normal.

If I build something near bigger redstone circuts the blocks need longer until I can see them.
