[MCPE-11347] Breaking blocks randomly in Creative

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Rarely, when turning the screen via touch, it will break a block. Even touching the screen in a way which would not normally register block breaking now does. It also has a chance to not cancel the block breaking event at all. When I leave the screen to itself, the breaking is not canceled out and sometimes just whacking at plain air. When I do move the screen, it still breaks blocks (and quite rather, extremely fast and annoying) This has caused me to break 3-8 blocks in Creative. Please fix this, it's very annoying and destroying my creations.

Hold a sword. You can't break blocks in creative while you are holding a sword. That way you won't destroy your creations.
</comment>

I have "split controls" turned on.

When I break a block in creative, there is a very small chance that block breaking does not stop even after getting my finger off of the touch screen. Everything pointed by the cross-hair pointer will be broken really rapidly until I open my inventory.

The condition of the glitch is totally unknown. It just happens randomly.
