[MCPE-10736] Mutliple Accounts Bug/&Req.

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Basically if you log into you Windows 10 Operating System under one account then open up pocket edition/windows 10//w/e Minecrafts then switch to another user and attempt to open it up the game wont launch. I am assuming this has something to do with where Windows decideds to store inactive users and what programs that had previusly running... (Maybe its still running and its similar to trying to open two Launchers on the same user...it wont work, obviusly because we cannot have mutliple account on one machine... that easily)

This may be a bug/frustration that does not need attention to due to the fact that most users WONT have two accounts, but the odds of faimly locking eachothers accounts instead of closing out of the programs to then log into their account and play minecraft will happen quite often.... so I supose this is a bug... and I could see how this would upset users....

So perhaps add a feature that allows me to login to my Minecraft account instead of having to switch users... then fix the switch user bug as well so families dont acidently lock their brother or sister out (Whom also had MC running) to then play theirs on their profile to not have it work due to it still running on their brothers...

P.S. I know your not suppose to make requests but I added this suggestion as more of a fix as well....

I also am not good or able to take the time to make a detail step by step, I just attempt to write these as fast as possible then post. Good luck, open source the thing and we might see some better prtogress@!

Unless the OS Devs are willing to go out of their way for 1 game, which would be reasonable seeing it is owned by the same people supposedly...

I purpose change the way the login system works.

Edit: which can be done regardless of which OS
</comment>
