[MCPE-10610] MFi Controller Camera Control bug in iOS

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

All MFi game controllers tested ,the right analog stick input for camera control .
Looking left and right with the right analog stick especially whilst running causes the camera to randomly stop or stick in one position, it is not smooth compared to android/win10 or touchscreen camera control. I have tested on several ios devices including iPad Air/air2/mini iphone5s/6 ipod touch 6thgen.
I have tested on several mfi controllers including: madcatz c.t.r.l.i/ moga rebel moga ace power/ steelseries stratus/ stratus xl,hori horipad,gamevice etc.. Basic all mfi controllers..
The issue occurs across all devices with any configuration of game controller.
This makes it very unplayable compared to android/windows version.
Please fix asap ( before apple tv gets released)

It also happens when moving forwards or backwards but it does seem to deteriate when sideward movement is thrown in the mix. I am playing on an iPad Air using a madcatz C.T.R.L.i
</comment>
