[MCPE-10601] Monster spawners stopped working after updating of 0.12.1

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

After yesterday's official updating from google store to version 0.12.1, all the monster spawners of my survival map stopped working.
They appear with fire particles but with no monster inside. They spawn nothing, independently the difficulty option of the game.
That happens to both old spawners (found, while having the older mcpe versions), as well as on new spawners (found after updating).

This only seems to affect survival games created pre-0.12.1. As a test I created a fresh copy of an existing world (originally created under v0.11) using the same seed ID and located a spawner. In the pre-existing world it just sits there giving off fire particles but no mobs whatsoever. In the duplicate created under 0.12.1 the spawner works just fine.
</comment>
