[MCPE-10523] Chests fusing

                <project id="10200" key="MCPE">Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)</project>

Sometimes the game randomly crashes after I open 2 chests placed next to each other. When reopening the game, the chests, which I spent ages making adjacent and individual, fused into one. This is annoying as it scrambles all of my intricately sorted items, and unhygienic as it puts my raw and cooked meat in the same place.

If you have anything to add about the issue, I recommend commenting on <del>MCPE-7890</del> so we can better identify the most general description of the bug.
</comment>
