&lt;p&gt;No real developer would release an update with full knowledge of 212 bugs in it. Do they even know about the Google document with the known bugs?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They&apos;ll probably not do any 0.12.x bugfix updates and then release 0.13 with another 200 bugs. &lt;/p&gt;
