1.Place 10 torches in 2 rows- 20 Torches&lt;br/&gt;
2. Craft a wooden sword and a how/pick/shovel&lt;br/&gt;
3. Destroy torches in row 1 with the hoe&lt;br/&gt;
4. Destroy torches in row 2 with sword&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Conclusion-&lt;br/&gt;
Sword receives damage.&lt;/p&gt;

And, why only swords? I tried a hoe, but the hoe&apos;s durability did not decrease.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is it like that in MC? If it was a recent change to MC, I&apos;m not sure we should treat it as a bug or file it here at all; we can probably assume it&apos;s on the developers&apos; schedule. OTOH, if it&apos;s always been like that in MC but never was in PE, it may be a bug after all...&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
