[MC-9735] Minecarts don't stack, instead moving into the same block.

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I was working on a PEZ Dispenser for a rail station of mine,
and was shocked to discover that my original design would not work.
The minecarts, after being placed, phased into the same 1x1 block space
rather than stacking on top of eachother.
This has not been so in the past, so I would like to bring attention
to this issue.

What I expected to happen was...
The carts would stack on top of eachother

What actually happened was...
The carts all moved into the same space

To Reproduce:
1. Set up a rail so that a cart pushed on it will fall off a cliff, onto another rail.
2. Push multiple carts off the cliff.
3. Observe as the carts phase into the same 1x1 space rather than stacking

Didn't have time to get on at all. And by the way... This is most certainly not a duplicate of that issue. They are unrelated. I will try to post more information come morning, for now it's time for bed.
</comment>

I tested this in 13w06a, 1.4.6, and 1.4.5 and they always would fall into eachother on the tracks. It would be helpful if the exact version was known when the carts actually did this
</comment>

Sadly, it's over the upload size. With a bit of trimming here and there,
I will have it by tomorrow.

And I apologize for "marking this as affected," not rather sure what that means.
If you hadn't guessed, this is my first report.
And I did skim the thread somewhat, although I did not read into too much detail.

EDIT: Whoops, I see what you meant now. I wasn't aware that there was a 13w06a choice for the affected version, I put down whatever I could find. Sorry about that.
</comment>
