Do you have any idea how much trouble it would be to change to a whole new sound engine? LWJGL may have issues, but the majority of bugs have been fixed and most of the remaining bugs can be fixed by updating your LWJGL.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would propose instead that Mojang start distributing Minecraft with the newest version of LWJGL.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
