[MC-861] Item frames disappear

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

I was exploring caves and digging around and when I came back to my house I noticed that 3 item frames disappeared including their items (a golden clock and a compass).

Update:
I went down into my mine and came back a few mins later and the frames were back again! But then I logged out and when I loaded the game later the frames in my house were gone again.

I'm building an adventure map and using teleports in command blocks to get around. As the chunk loads, the item frame loads perfectly fine, long after the chunk it is in has loaded, or not at all.
</comment>

I have 5 item frames with maps in them. I log in, the left 2 frames aren't shown. But if I move a few blocks in any direction (maybe 3-4) the two missing item frames magically appear. My storage room down below has a similar issue, with sometimes half not showing. In my case, this happens for 2 separate vanilla clients, running against a vanilla server.
</comment>
