[MC-8449] Armour wearable on wrong body parts!

                <project id="10400" key="MC">Minecraft: Java Edition</project>

Making my new 1.5 Pvp map, casually decided to click right mouse buttons, and it equipped a diamond chest plate to my head! IN survival it can simply be taken off but in creative when you take it off, you now have two diamond chest plates! Also when equipped it looks like a normal helmet, but in the inventory it clearly shows a chest plate. It seems every piece of Armour is wearable on the next piece of body part... E.g boots go on legs, pants go on chest, chest plate goes on head. and the helmet is left out and when right clicked crashes Minecraft =( *Works will all types of Armour ( leather, iron e.t.c)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put a piece of a armour in hand
2. Right click
3. Look at inventory, the armour is in the wrong spot, but the graphic is correct

Odd_blob (IGN)
